魚の干物をつくりませんか。わたしたちは、魚をたくさんいただいてしまったとき、魚屋さんでとてもおいしそうな魚が閉店間際でたくさんあるのを見つけてしまったとき、魚の干物をつくる。
魚の干物はこれといって難しいことはあまりしないのだけれど、すこしだけ時間がかかる。魚をさばいて、塩水に浸けて数時間、乾燥させて7,8時間。もうそれだけ時間がかかるなら、いっそ海辺のまちの営みにどっぷり浸かってほしくて（3分クッキングみたいなことはしないよ）。海で獲れた魚が、いろんな人の手を渡り、包丁でさばかれ、干物になり、自分の口の中に入るまで、その過程を堪能してほしいなと思ってます。天然干しのかつ、自分で選んだ魚で自分の手をかけた干物、おいしくないわけがないじゃない。
The flow of activity / 体験の流れ
1.Get fish / 魚を買う
干物にする魚を買います。
Get our fish to dry and eat!
2.Filleting fish / 魚をさばく
魚をさばきます。体験開始時間によってはここはお魚屋さんに任せる場合があります）。魚のさばき方は簡単にお教えできます。
Fillet fish by you （If we have few time, we ask fish store’s master to cut them.We’ll teach how to handle fish.
3.Putting them salt water / 塩水に浸ける
塩水に浸し、5,6時間待ちます。 その間何をしていてもかまいません。
Put them salt water in 5,6 hours. Stay here or go outside as you like.
4.Drying them during one night / 一晩干す
干し網に干します。一晩寝て待ちます。
Drying them, put them on the wire network for dried fish. And go to bed !
5.Eating in breakfast / 朝食で食べる
干物を焼いて朝食にお出しします。
We’ll grill dried fish which you make and serve to your breakfast!

宿泊予約時に何名が参加されるかお知らせください。 / Let me know how many people will be join.
宿泊予約後でも変更は可能です。ただしキャンセルする場合はなるべく早めにご連絡ください。キャンセルが当日となった場合は2000円／回のキャンセルを頂戴いたします。 /You can change the plan after an accommodation booking. But there is a cancellation charge ( in that day / 2000 yen ), let me know in the case that you can’t come as soon as possible.

・魚屋で魚を買い（魚をさばき）塩水に浸けて、一晩干します。
・魚はその日に獲れたものから4尾とお任せとなります（漁がない場合は、前日の魚で内臓をとって鮮度が落ちないようにした魚をつかいます）
・1名追加ごとに1000円追加され、魚も2尾追加されます（例：2名だと6000円で6尾になります）。
・おひとりから催行します。
・翌朝の朝食に焼いてお出しすることもできます。
・お持ち帰りもできます。手で持ち帰る場合は鮮度保持のため、保冷剤に入れていただきます。（保冷バッグ＋保冷剤：500円）
